Post-COVID Cardiac Evaluation

 Patients previously infected with COVID-19 who experience the following symptoms:

• Difficulty breathing at rest or with exertion
• Chest pain 
• Palpitations
• Fainting / loss of consciousness
• Fatigue
• Shortness of breath
• Irregular heartbeat

Individuals with hypertension, lung disease, former or current smokers, and those who are diabetic qualify for evaluation as well.
Patient must be at least 30 days post initial infection.
